Our mission is to provide a unique combination of products and technical expertise that enables businesses, both profit and non-profit, to increase their value, revenue opportunity, and overall competitiveness. This is achieved by implementing both Cloud Based and On Premise technical solutions. Fastek’s solutions include both products and technical expertise. The products are Cloud Based applications and provide organizations with a cost benefit by enabling software usage, value, without the maintenance costs. We take a client focused approach to create value for our clients. Our focus is based on our client's end results and we implement a phased, methodical process to accomplish these results. Our value add is rooted in years of real-world technical experience and education. During the Assessment Phase, artifacts and existing systems are reviewed, Stakeholders are interviewed, and the resulting documentation consists of project goals, objectives, pain points and the high-level approach
Assessment
The Planning Phase builds on the results of the Assessment Phase and refines the high-level approach (i.e. milestones and timelines), and identifies necessary resources, both human and technical. The Project execution methodology is identified (i.e. Agile)
Planning
We'll further refine the solution approach into measurable units of work. Outcomes and expectations are identified as a performance baseline.
Requirements & Design
This Phase builds and implements the solution approach. The implementors may iterate with business stakeholders to confirm expectations related to the Requirements & Design phase. If changes are necessary, they'll be approved and reflected by revising the documented solution approach and ultimately implementation.
Implementation
This phase validates the accuracy of the solution. Testers test the solution by using the documents generated in the Requirements & Design Phase as the baseline standard for testing.
Testing & Verification
We make available to our Customers ongoing support at varying levels. Our Customers are an extension of the Fastek family and we consider our Client's success as important as ours.
On-going Support
Once testing is complete, the solution will be delivered to the Customer with the necessary artifacts (i.e. User & Technical documents) accompanied with the necessary training.
